The B2300, named for its engine displacement of 2.3 liters, is the smallest of Mazda's compact pickup truck line and is closely related to the Ford Ranger. The B2300 comes in a regular-cab with a 6-ft bed. It is rear-wheel drive and has a three person front bench seat. Its front suspension consists of double-wishbones with coil springs and a stabilizer bar which all rides on 15-inch wheels. Power is delivered using a 143 hp 2.3-liter four-cylinder that is mated to a five-speed manual transmission or optional five-speed automatic. Antilock brakes and driver/passenger airbags are standard. The Mazda B2300 is a carryover from 2007.
